Papi is Eilat's veteran Argentinian steakhouse, now returning to its traditional roots with a modern touch. Cooking is done over fire and coals using traditional South American techniques - charcoal grill, Josper oven and smoker. They serve Israeli Wagyu, unique Assaf lamb, and special beef cuts flown in fresh from Argentina and Uruguay.
