Pitmaster is a smoked meat restaurant in a feast-style meat show, hosted each evening by a different pitmaster. The pitmaster is an expert in using a smoker, grill, or any live-fire cooking equipment.
The feast includes 7 meat courses that may change nightly (no fixed menu), accompanying side dishes each served with an explanation of how they're made, free-flowing beer, red wine and soda, desserts, and tea & coffee.
There's a wide selection of alcohol bottles available for an extra charge. We don't sell soft drinks at the restaurant — you're welcome to bring your own, as long as it's kosher and sealed!
