Pitmaster is a smoked-meat feast-style restaurant - a meat show. A different pitmaster hosts you every night. The pitmaster is an expert in using a smoker, grill, or any open-fire device for grilling meat.
The feast includes 7 meat courses that may change nightly (no set menu), accompanying side dishes each served with an explanation of how they're prepared, free-flowing drinks including beer, red wine and soda, desserts, and tea & coffee.
We don't sell soft drinks at the restaurant - you're welcome to bring your own, as long as it's kosher and sealed. A wide selection of alcohol bottles is available for an extra charge.
